WHERE AND WHEN IS PICKUP?

Pickup is in Cowaramup. We offer early morning and late evening pickups (up till 7pm) and suggest you collect balloons as close to the date/time that you require them to "float at its best." 

DO YOU DELIVER?

Our preference is local pickup, however we will try and deliver items depending on our availability, order size and location. A quote will be provided prior to the order been taken.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE GARLANDS?

The garlands are one of our most popular products. They are handmade in my home and then "tweaked" onsite to best suit the backdrop size and location at your event. When contacting me about the garland please include as much as information as you can so I can provide an accurate quote. Please include if known: DATE, LENGTH required, balloon COLOURS, balloon TYPES ie (confetti/orbz/all latex) , setup SUBURB/LOCATION, event START TIME, event SETUP START TIME, BACKDROP or A PHOTO OF WHERE YOU WANT IT ATTACHED TO. The garlands aren't freestanding and will need a window/pole/hook/screw/backdrop etc to attach them to. The garlands take approximately one to two hours to install (2m-6m lengths). Anything larger will take longer depending on backdrop etc.

WILL THE BALLOONS BE FILLED WITH HELIUM AND HAVE WEIGHTS?

All balloons in the store (except garlands and air filled foil letters) are filled with quality helium and optional hi float can be used in our latex balloons to extend float time. Curling ribbon is included in the cost of the balloon. Weights are included in all of our foil and large latex balloons, tassels and additional decor (handwritten cards, honeycomb balls, garlands etc) are additional cost.

HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOON LAST?

Helium filled latex balloons will last approx 7-10 hours (no hi float) and foil balloons will last 2-5 days (depending on temperature and atmospheric conditions). Remember no sharp objects near balloons as they will pop! We use hi float in all our latex balloons which should double the normal flying time! 

YOU DONT HAVE THE EXACT BALLOONS I AM AFTER, CAN I DO A SPECIAL ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS?

Sure we understand that you may have changed your mind, please get in touch asap to alter order. We request that balloon changes be done with a minimum of 48hours notice. If you wish to change pickup date/time a 5hour notice is requested.

HOW SOON SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

To insure your balloon is in stock when you require it for your party or event, please have your order in ASAP( i.e. 3 -6 weeks prior to the event is ideal). We will hold stock until the date you require the pickup (12 months maximum). Special orders will require a minimum of 2-4 weeks to ensure all balloons are in stock. Of course our Balloon Bar can accommodate "late orders" if items are in stock (less than 24 hours of pickup date/time). Please email if you have any questions regarding availability of items and or pickup.

SAFETY ADVICE: DO NOT INHALE LARGE AMOUNTS OF HELIUM GAS AS SUFFOCATION MAY OCCUR!
